Terms and Conditions
By placing an order on iCodeSpeed, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. They form the legal basis of the contractual relationship between you and S.R.L. IONELI DEVELOPMENT.
1. General Terms
iCodeSpeed services are provided within the scope of the ordered package. Prices are expressed in MDL (converted from EUR at the displayed rate) and may be changed without prior notice. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of placing the order.
2. Orders and Availability
After placing an order you will be contacted within 24 hours for confirmation. Service implementation takes 2–3 business days from order confirmation and provision of necessary access credentials. We reserve the right to limit simultaneously accepted projects or refuse technically incompatible orders.
3. Required Access
To provide the service, the client temporarily grants access to the WordPress admin panel, hosting panel and, optionally, SSH/FTP. Access credentials are used exclusively for the ordered service, treated confidentially and not retained after completion.
4. Payment Methods
We accept online card payment (Visa / Mastercard, securely processed via MAIB eComm) and bank transfer (on request). EUR prices are automatically converted to MDL at the configured rate. Card data is not stored. Card payment refunds are processed within 3–5 banking days.
5. Guarantee
We offer a full money-back guarantee if no measurable improvement in PageSpeed score and Core Web Vitals is recorded compared to the initial state, documented prior to intervention. The guarantee does not apply if the client subsequently modifies the optimised configuration.
6. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation is possible before implementation begins. Once work has started, a proportional fee is charged. The guarantee refund may be requested within 7 days of service completion, subject to the absence of measurable improvements.
7. Monthly Care Plan
The monthly subscription may be cancelled with a minimum of 5 days before the next billing date, temporarily suspended, or adapted to the site's needs.
8. Limitation of Liability
iCodeSpeed is not liable for: performance degradation caused by subsequent client modifications; data loss in the absence of a client backup; issues caused by incompatible third-party plugins or themes; or security incidents occurring after the guarantee period.
9. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for the accuracy of data provided, performing a backup before any intervention, holding the legal right to authorise interventions on the site, and not modifying optimised settings without prior consultation with the iCodeSpeed team.
10. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information relating to the client's site and business. Access credentials are used solely for the contracted service. See also the Privacy Policy.
S.R.L. IONELI DEVELOPMENT reserves the right to update these terms. The applicable version is the one published on the site at the time of placing the order.
